Important visa guidelines for international delegates attending the conference

Important Notice

All international participants are advised to check their visa requirements well in advance and apply for the appropriate visa category to attend ESICC-2027 at School of Computer Engineering, KIIT Deemed to be University, India.

Conference Visa

International delegates attending ESICC-2027 should apply for a Conference Visa to India. A Conference Visa is a type of entry permit granted to foreign nationals who wish to attend conferences, seminars, workshops, or similar events in India.

Single or multiple entry options available
Usually granted for up to 90 days
Requires official invitation letter from the organizing institution

Required Documents

Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity)
Completed visa application form
Recent passport-size photographs
Official invitation letter from KIIT Deemed to be University
Conference registration confirmation

Proof of financial means
Return flight tickets or itinerary
Hotel reservation or accommodation proof
Travel insurance (recommended)
Academic credentials or employment letter

Invitation Letter Request

Registered participants who require an official invitation letter for visa purposes can request one from the conference organizers.

To request an invitation letter, please provide:

Full name (as per passport)
Passport number and expiry date
Date of birth
Nationality
Institutional affiliation
Paper ID (if presenting)
Registration confirmation number

Note: Invitation letters will only be issued to registered participants who have paid the conference registration fee.

e-Conference Visa

India offers e-Conference Visa facility for eligible countries. The e-Visa is an electronic authorization to travel to India for conference purposes.

Important Guidelines

Apply Early	Submit your visa application at least 4-6 weeks before your intended travel date to avoid any delays.
Passport Validity	Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your intended stay in India.

Conference Registration	Complete your conference registration before applying for the visa to receive the invitation letter.
