Conference Visa

International delegates attending ESIC-2027 should apply for a Conference Visa to India. A Conference Visa is a type of entry permit granted to foreign nationals who wish to attend conferences, seminars, workshops, or similar events in India.

  • Conference registration confirmation

  • Return flight tickets or itinerary
  • Hotel reservation or accommodation proof

Invitation Letter Request

Registered participants who require an official invitation letter for visa purposes can request one from the conference organizers.

To request an invitation letter, please provide:
  • Full name (as per passport)
  • Passport number and expiry date
  • Date of birth
  • Nationality
  • Institutional affiliation
  • Paper ID (if presenting)
  • Registration confirmation number

India offers e-Conference Visa facility for eligible countries. The e-Visa is an electronic authorization to travel to India for conference purposes.

Important Guidelines
